VARIANCE FROM REGULATIONS - 101 Dickins Street, Gander, NL

Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Gander has received an application to vary the
minimum lot area requirement by 10% at the above-noted property for the purpose of
constructing an apartment building.

The property is zoned Commercial Shopping Centre and Commercial General. The minimum lot area requirements are:

• 150 m² per one-bedroom unit
• 170 m² per two-bedroom unit
• 180 m² per three-bedroom unit

Council may vary the applicable development standards by up to 10%.

Anyone wishing to make representation regarding this application must do so in writing.
Written representations must be received by the Planning and Public Works Department, Town
of Gander, no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.
